1) Dojo = Martial Art School
2) Sensei = Teacher / Instructor
3) Rei = Bow
4) Hajime = Begin
5) Yame = Stop
6) Yoshi = good
7) Maitta = (I) Give up
8) Mae = Front
9) Ushiro = Back
10) Yoko = side
11) Seiza = Sit (Knees on the floor)
12) Tatami = Rice Straw Mat
13) Ki = Inner Energy
14) Waza = Technique
15) Kamae = Posture (Basic Stance)
16) Ukemi = Receiving Form
17) Katame Waza = Grappling Technique
19) Nage Waza = Throwing Technique

Japanese Martial Arts begin 1530s. Main stream of Japanese Jujutsu is
1) Judo
2) Aikido
3) Karate
4) Kenpo

Jujutsu defeating enemy without weapons. (or only use a short weapons)
It is a great self defense for women also.
I created all the materials with men and women’s image to enjoy.

Today, Japanese Martial Arts are very popular all over the world. Brazilian Jujutsu is also now a big part of it.
